Did you try to search for shutdown in descriptions using the filters?

Well TD knows, you can use filter option to find components you need.

BTW it is Misc. Command Line Tools

Yes I tried, but to no avail even with visibility at 100

But found it in Google - It's misc command line tools

It is good that you are using google.

Also for this purpose you should familiarize yourself with filter options.

For instance you can use filter option : Component containing the following

Thanks for your advice. Yes it was my fault, I had input the incorrect
filter function in TD - Ooops.

I am familiar with TD, but its Friday and It's late
