Shut Down problem

Whe I go to shut down a window pops up that says END
PROGRAM OUTLOOK.EXE. It has buttons that allow you to
cancel or end program. It may come up several times before
allowing the computer to shut down. Any ideas?

It's nothing important.Your Outlook has the problem.Try
to install it again [add/remove windows components or
install office] and everything will be OK (i guess).

That is processes that have not shut down properly XP shut them for you.
