shut down fail

new green user here. when I shut down I get a fail window that opens then a
window that says "end program card raeder monitor for 9360 4.5 slot" which
then says "program not responding" What does this mean? Thankyou if you
can help.

Try this: The User Profile Hive Cleanup service helps to ensure user
sessions are completely terminated when a user logs off.
