Shut down computer but it restarts on its own?

Useing start/turn off computer/turn off will shut down my compter, BUT it
start itself back up after about 5 or 10 mins later.

I normally shut down, then later when it tries to start back up ( stops at
my password screen) I then turn it off by pressing off button on my computer.
Its the only way I get it to stay off.
It's been doing this for at least 3 months now.

Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!
