shows duplicates of every file in search results

Why does Search Companion display EXACT duplicates of
every file in its search results? (same name, same path,
same folder, date/time modified,etc.)

well after having this problem for about 3 months, out of
the blue, it just stopped doing it. No one seems to have a
clue, either. I'm just glad it's not doing it anymore and
hope it never does again!
