Hello,
when I use the IE javascript 'showModalDialog' function to display a
calendar I encouter the following problem:
My aspx page uses a master page (asp.net 2.0). My 'showModalDialog' opens a
page without master page, but this gives an error message, because it appears
that the 'showModalDialog' assumes that the same master page as the parent
windows is also applicable for the popup.
Not what I expected. Is there a wau around that you know of?
I tried adding the master page to the popup page as well and then make the
master page controls inviisble on that page. Two problesm with that:
- the position of the calendar is sill influenced by the invisible controls.
- the postback of the calendar value gives an error.
