Showing negative 'Times' in cells.

Please help!

How can I display time when it goes negative in the cells?

My current Format setting is as follows:
[Blue][h]:mm;[Red]-[h]:mm

Any help would be most appreciated.

The (WinXL) default 1900 date system can't show negative time formats.
One way is to use the 1904 system:

Tools/Options/Calculation, check the 1904 Date system checkbox

Then use your custom format
