Showing an Associates Ranking

I am working on the Report Cards for my section and I would like to add a
field that Ranks them YTD based on their YTD Rating. For example, you are "5
out of 13" Any suggestions?
 
Without more information on how your database is set up, I can only give you
vague information. What I would suggest is adding a field to your table
called "txtYTD", and then adding that field to your report. Now your report
will show the value from the YTD field in the report. Hope this helps.
