I have hidden zeros on my work sheet (Tools>options>View>Zero Values). However there are select cells that I want to show zero(both in the cell and when printed) So 0;-0;;@ doesnt work . How do I format to accomplish this
Thanks in advance!

hmm

In the cells in which you DON'T want to see zeros, use conditional formatting (instead of Zero Values) to make the font color the same as the cell color (i.e. White) if the value is zero. Then, simply don't apply conditional
formatting to the cells that you want to show zero.

That should work!

There are a number of ways to accomplish what you want. If the cells that you want to display the zeros are not a part of any formula calculations, you can always format these cells as text. Otherwise, conditional formatting will do too.
