"Show Time As"

When scheduling an appointment, the default "Show Time As" is Free. I would
like to change the default to "Busy". Can this be done?
 
The default is Busy for timed appointments and Free for all-day events. This
is hard coded and cannot be changed.

I have the same issue with a user at a client. The default that comes up is
"Free", not "Busy". Any suggestions for fixing this problem? Thanks.
 
Once again it appears that the programmers at Microsoft continue to think
that the rest of the world are just like them; either "Free" to be available
for meetings and sporting events or just "Busy" in their offices waiting for
the phone to ring.

99.99% of my appointments have always been "Out of the Office". This is one
setting that has been a real irritant for many years and it appears it will
remain this way for the rest of Microsofts existence.

The feedback on this has been ignored in the past and I guess it will
continue to be filed in the "round" file.
