Show Self Populating Fields

I've created a form where I use the Ctrl F9 Ref text to populate other areas
with the information in my reference form field. My document poplulates 69
ref text 's. How do I allow a user to see where those populated fields are?

Is it possible to use hidden text? Will all users of this form be able to
see the hidden text or do they need to have that option checked?

If the user selects "Always" for field shading (Tools | Options | View), the
fields will be highlighted, but since the REF fields are designed to work
automatically, why does the user need to see them?
