I have a big problem and after spend a lot of time looking the solution in
google , i couldn't get the solution.

I create a pivot table in access 2007. It works fine when I open the form
pressing the shift key.

If I open the access application as a user, I mean, I don't have acdess the
forms to change and when I open the pivot table from switchboard, the field
list doesn't appear.
I'm very frustrated about this issue.

What can I do to show the pivot table field list? Without field list, we can
not do nothing about the pivot table.

Thanks for all suggestions,
JCP

Hi

Just a thought - you could create the pivot in a query then crete a form
based on that.

You could just add it to your switchoard - if you wanted

Thanks

Once again, I'm using adp access file. not mdb. I don't know if this problem
exists in mdb file.
I Created a store procedure (query) and then i created a pivot table. It
works fine if I open the access file holding shift key.
If I open it in runtime mode (user mode) I don´t see the pivot table field
list.

I need to see the field list view to add or remove fields to drop data, drop
columns and drop rows.

Did you see this issue?

Thanks,

JCP
