Show only cells greater than zero

Can an "IF" function be used to review a large range of cells and only show
the information of cells greater than zero in another location, while
eliminating cells equal or less than zero?

For example, I've created a monthly expense report that contains approx. 32
columns, whereby each column represents a specific day of the month. A
section of this expense report is allocated to "Other" daily expenses, which
allows the employee to report amounts associated with miscellaneous
expenditures. Since these are typically unusual expenses, I've designed a
section below that would require the employee to furnish explanations for
these purchases. Now for example, let's say column C thru ? represents Sept
1st thru the 30th, respectively, and three rows are allocated to "Other"
expenditures. Therefore, an employee can report anywhere from 0-3 purchases
on any given day. Now I've set up the section below to reference the
specific amount and date for everytime he/she reports an expense within this
"Other" section. However, is it possible to design this section so that it
will only show cells that have activity and skip cells that have no activity.
Basically, I don't want this section to have empty rows.

Try Data > Filter > Autofilter > Custom > Show rows greater than
zero.........
