What steps do I take so that the first page I see when opening Microsoft
Outlook 2002 (XP) is the list and addresses of my contacts?

In 2007 you can do Tools-Options-Other-Advanced Options-Startup in.......
is there something like that in 2002?

Yes there is. It's the same thing, I believe.
