Data in Access is in field called year, with value for
years ranging from 1704 to 1783. Not every year is
represented. Is there a way to make the pivot table show
every year in the series even though there is no year in
the underlying data? E.g., the actual data look like
this: 1704, 1704, 1705, 1707, 1707, 1707, 1708. Is there
a way to show an empty 1706? Show empty cells won't do
it because there are no cells for the missing years.
Thanks!

Hi
AFAIK this is not possible if these dates are not in your range

And in addition, Excel doesn't recognize dates prior to 1900, so it's not
possible to construct a range of DATES that includes these years. Text is
another matter, however.
