Show all programs in Windows Start menu

I guess this would be a Windows question, but I wasn't given that option to
choose, so I selected Microsoft Word as the topic.

I get tired of always having go to Start, Programs, and then have to press
the arrow at the bottom to get more listings. How do you set the default to
go to Start, Programs, and list ALL programs.

Right-click the Start button and click Properties. Click the Customize
button in the dialog. In the next dialog, scroll down to the bottom of
the list of "Advanced Start menu options" and uncheck "Use
personalized menus".

Thank you very much. The answer to one of my pet peeves has been answered.
Again, thank you very much. Do you know the answer to my other question
about getting Word to spellcheck the date and day to make sure they match?

There isn't really an "answer" to what you posted as a suggestion.
There certainly isn't any such function in Word now.

Date validation of that kind is an intriguing idea, but I agree with
Graham Mayor that (a) there are date fields, and formats for those
fields, that automatically provide the correct match of day and date,
and (b) there would be many situations where it would be difficult or
impossible for the software to detect that a day and date refer to the
same time and should be validated together.
