Should I remove all these found by MalwareByte?

Free MalwareByte I just downloaded found a dozen items on my PC, while resident Mcafee Securty Center didn't find any. Are these real threats? It looks to me some items are actually from Microsoft. So they should be safe.\line\line Thanks.

Well, I've never known Malwarebytes to remove anything that didn't need
removing..

Aha, I see what you mean.

I think you right click on those two and tell it to exclude them from future
searches, otherwise it will try to 'fix' your MS security centre
notifications by turning them back on.

Those files looked like malware to me. I would let Malware Bytes fix them
all.
