I have a program that is called OWMngr.exe on Windows XP
and it got infected with a virus that norton cannot fix
so it asked me if i should delete. this file is in system
32 and i don't know if i should delete it. i can't open
it either, acess is denied...please help. i don't want to
mess anything up
