my sister is after a pc to use just for the internet and ebay realy.

like me she is a novice when it comes to the workings of a computer.

seen one which comes with monitor and the specs are as follows--
Intel pentium 11, ram 128, HD 15 Gb, 350 MHZ, OS xp pro 2002,
DVD rom, brand = Tiny

just a little worried that it's only 350 mhz, is this enough for what she needs it for? and is it possible to upgrade it to higher mhz?

any advice would be much apprreciated

thanks

I wouldnt touch that with a barge pole to be honest... 10 years old at least and made by an unreputable brand...

Whats the budget?

I'm with Chris on this one, it is going to be really chugging for using anything. If you let us know your budget we may be able to recommend something better :)

you'd be wasting your time buying that, if it was running win 98 it would run ok but with XP its really gonna struggle

You will be hard pressed to find a pc for £50.
May be worth looking in your local papers for ads on old PC's?
May be some of those who live in or near Manchester can point you somewhere??
