Should allow edition of HTML for outgoing mail (like OE).

Outlook 2003 doesn't allow you to edit the HTML. If you want to send an HTML
email designed in another software, you are not allowed to copy and paste the
HTML code generated. Outlook Express allows you, in the "Source Code" tab. It
looks like Outlook has been developed only for the common user; designers
that want to send HTML emails are not given any control of it! Should include
this feature again, it's a loss against OE. Go back to the basics!

It already does allow you to do this; Insert-> File-> select the htm or txt
document-> down arrow on the Insert button-> Insert as Text
