Shortcuts Open Maximized--How?

My desktop icons / shortcuts all open minimized. In
properties, there is no "run" option as to
fullsize/maximize.... ??? How do I save as to have all
open fullscreen/max??

Please advise...

Atlcdj,

There should be a combobox on the property page entitled 'Run:' Open the
the property page for the shortcut and change this combobox value to
Maximized. That should do the trick.
