Shortcut toggle between worksheets in the same workbook?

Is there a shortcut key(s) that will switch me between worksheets in the same
workbook, a la ALT Tab?

It is a pain to have to grab & repoint the mouse everytime I want to go
between worksheets.

ctrl+page_up to go to the next sheet and ctrl+page_down to back to the
previous
