I would like to have a copy of my addressbook/WContacts on my taskbar so I
can access it when I am on the web and need to send to someone who is in my
addy book. How do I do this? Also, When I add/delete anything from my
WContacts, will the shortcut update itself?

Start, All Programs, right-click on Windows Contacts, select
"Add to Quick Launch".

Since it is merely a shortcut, there is no issue with updating.

Go to Start | Programs and right click on the Windows Contacts shortcut and
drag it to the quick launch bar. Then choose copy or create shortcut here.
