Shortcut keys not working

Dear All,
I normally invoke menu and select options through shotcut keys (like
alt+F+O to open a file)

Recently when using excel I found that If I press Alt+O+C+A For, column
width autofit, It's not working. It's ONLY NOT working for Format Menu
(Alt+O)
Anyone knows why?

Try this ...

- Goto "View->Toolbars-> Cutomise" menu
- Goto "Commands" tab
- Click "Format" in "Categories" list box
- Click "Rearrange Commands" button
- Select "Format" from "Menu Bar" dropdown box
- Click "Reset" button.

Thanks naveen,
The problem was actually another Menu item was added to the toolbar
with shortcut key as O in Options Tab. that is why it was not accepting
'o'. when I removed the options tab from the toolbar, it started
working again.
