Hi,

Can someone tell me the shortcut keys for the following actions?

1) Execute a Query in Design View
2) Switching between Design view and datasheet view when designing a query .

Thanks.

Select it and go Ctrl + Enter

In forms, F5 changes to form view, I can't fin one that changes back to
design view. This doesn't work in queries.
You can always go Alt + v then s (for datasheet) and Alt + v then d for
design.
Search Access help for Keyboard Shortcuts and Accessibility Features.

Some useless shit I found when looking:
Shift + Ctrl + ; enters the current time in the grid!
Ctrl + ; enters the date
Ctrl + h deletes the contents of a grid cell (annoying)
Ctrl + g opens a VBA window

There are no shortcut keys for these actions.

To execute a query from design view using the keyboard, press and release
the Alt key to activate the menu bar, then the q key to drop down the Query
menu, then the r key to choose the Run menu item.

To switch from design view to datasheet view, press and release Alt, then v
for View, then s for dataSheet (yeah, I know, but they'd already used d for
Design). To switch from datasheet view to design view, press and release
Alt, then v, then d.
