Can anyone please tell me why I cannot do the shortcut keys for a double line anymore in Word XP. Normally you type 3 === signs and then press enter and you get a double line across the screen but now it won't do it. I am only getting === Can anyone please help - this is a part of my study. Thanks!

It sounds like you need to go to Tools-Autocorrect, Autoformat as you type tab

There's a setting in there for Apply as you type. Make sure "border lines" is checked
