Shortcut Key for ZIP

How do I assign a Shortcut Key (like CTRL-M) to invoke XP's built-in ZIP for
a folder that I have selected? Likewise, I'd like to assign another Shortcut
Key (like CTRL-E) to expand a ZIPped folder.

I don't know of any "built-in ZIP" for WindowsXP. It does have an
Expand.exe which is similar but not the same. You can do a Search
for it on your harddrive and create a macro or icon for it. The one
program that you may be looking for is WinZip. You can do a Search
for that and download/install it.

The "built-in ZIP" I'm referring to is when you right click on a folder,
select "Send To...", "Compressed (Zipped) Folder". The operation produces a
file with ZIP as the file extension. That is the operation that I want to
assign a Shortcut Key to.
