Select Tools | Customize. Explore that dialog. From the Commands tab , you
can let you drag the strikethrough icon onto the toolbar, or by clicking
keyboard you can find the current shortcut key or set one you like. It's a
very useful dialog.

Not that I recall, but you can easily create one. Right-click your toolbar
area and select "Customize". At the bottom of the dialog box, click
"Keyboard..." Click the "Format" category on the left, scroll down on the
right until you find "Strikethrough". Click inside the "Press new shortcut
key" text box, select your desired shortcut key combination, then click
"Assign". If that combination already exists, you will be informed. Try
not to use an existing one if possible. Something like ALT+Z should work.

Good luck!
