Shortcut for custom task form

I would love to be able to have a shortcut on my desktop that would open up
outlook and give me a fresh customized task form (one that I've already
built).
Is this possible.

You always come to the rescue, whether I'm in outlook, access or probably
any thing related. Thank you.

I haven't had a chance to work this out but on a quick over view it looks
like the answer. I may need to post back if I get hung up on the specifics.
