Shortcut Arrow

Is there anyway to disable the little white box and arrow
that comes with a shortcut? I have a great icon but can
only see about half of it because of that stupid arrow.
Anyone heard of this, or done it themselves?

Download TWEAKUI (XP version) to your system.. there is a facility there to
remove the arrow..

Thank you both for your help. I am always hesitant to hack
the registry, although I did look at the entry, Then sadly
I ran away like little girl. So I went with TweakUI and
that did the trick. Thanks again to both of you.
