Short login (account) name and full user (display) name?

I think it is possible to create user accounts on XP where the actual
account login name is something short (e.g. GeorgeW), but where the full
user name is displayed on the XP login screen e.g. "George W. Bush". => How
does one do this?

For XP Pro, create the account with the short name. Then go to Start, Run and enter LUSRMGR.MSC Open the Users folder and double click the account in question. In the Full name field enter the name the way you want it to appear on the Welcome Screen.
