Short cut to other user's folder

Hi!
We are using Outlook XP and Exchange 5.5. Currently, I am granted a permission to open other user's contact folder. Do you know how to create a short cut button in "Outlook bar" or "Microsoft toolbar" to open this folder?. I don't want each time to open this folder, I have to go to File-->Open-->other user's folder.
