Short cut to open spread sheets

I would like to know how to jump to the cell or open the
sheet that is referenced by formula in a particular cell
by just double clicking on the cell.I do not want to goto
the formula bar when I double click as excel does at the
moment. I am using excel 98. It does work on 98 as my last
pc was set up to do this in my last job.
Hope someone can help

Under Tools, Options, Edit uncheck the Edit Directly in Cell checkbox.
