Short cut keys on Tab Control

Dear All,
Is it possible to have ShortCut keys on tab pages f.e.x. If I have
two tab pages <tabPerson> and <tabMachine> I would like to assign hot
keys to them like <tab&Person> and <tab&Machine>...I tried doing this
but failed...is there some other workaround...

Please help
