short cut for putting the http:// in front of addres and .net in back

pressing "control+ enter" would give me the . com at the end of a typed in addres what gives the ,net?
 
dear frend ,your operation system is the windows XP,it can't give you short cut ,such as "ctrl + enter"to add the ".com" to your DNS's end.

Add "www." to the beginning and ".com" to the end of the text typed in the
