short cut for inserting rows

Dear all,

Is there a shortcut for inserting rows in the excel sheet?

Ctrl + ( + on the numeric keyboard)

If you select the row or rows first you not see the Insert dialog

Ctrl - is for deleting rows

Ron & Marcelo's solutions work perfectly, of course, but I prefer to
customize my toolbar by adding Insert Rows and Delete Rows. So, for example,
if I want to add rows, I just highlight the number of rows I want to add and
where I want to add them, then click the Insert Rows icon in my toolbar.
Voila!
