ShopAtHome False Positive with Full Scan?

I have been running a Quick Scan (Windows Defender Version: 1.1.1051.0) for
a couple weeks and have not had any detected items. I ran a FullScan and a
ShopAtHome item was found. The file that is referenced looks OK to me.
Should I still go ahead Remove or is this a false positive? Thanks!

Yes, this is a false positive.

This should be fixed in an upcoming signature release. You should not try to
remove it (in any event, removing it will fail because it's inside an
archive, but that's a different issue.)

Thanks
