Shockwave Flash Object Missing From Control Toolbox Options

I'm trying to install a flash file into PP2003/Win.XP but the control option
for 'Shockwave Flash Object' is missing. 'Shockwave ActiveX Control' is
there though but doesn't offer the option of entering the Movie URL. Both
Adobe Flash Player 9 and Shockwave Player are installed and run on IE and
Firefox. What can I do?
