Help:
My printer is a cp1700D Hewlett Packard. I am using
Windows XP Home. I discovered that the printer is
operating, excessively slow due to the appearance of
shockwave files in my spool file!!!!
Can anyone "tell me how to stop this" so I can print in a
normal manner. Is ther a patch for Windows to correct
this problem? Very anxious to find a solution..
