Shimmering problem doc

How do I get rid of the shimmering?

I am suspecting that the flickering I see above may be caused by
formatting problems when I copy paste into a table cell. But I find that
even though "Paste Options" selection is selected it does not appear
when I paste into this table cell. Wonder why?

I think I need to paste the material while forcing the pasted text to
conform to the existing cell size and not try to paste beyond the page.
That might solve my flickering problem if I can find the option to force
the paste to confirm to the available cell space in W 2002.

It's OK. I finally found a way around it.
