Shift Key Disable/reenable solution needed

Ive disabled the shift key, but I want to be able to reenable it using a
checkbox, but only when the check box is selected the rest of the time I wan
to keep the shift key disabled can anyone help, the same will need to go for
the access special keys

I found a database on one of the Access sites a few months ago that will
allow you to set the properties of the selected database it is called
SetDatabaseProperties.mdb

I will give you a copy if you wish.
