This error message keeps appearing on my Desktop - Can
anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?

Task Manger|Applications look for the 'error' app, right-click and choose
"Go To Process", then "End Process"

NotifyIcon is an mfc API message used by application windows to send a
message to an icon placed in the system tray. Either the application is
incorrectly installed, damaged or the OS's messaging system is not operating
properly. Any chance that you have a non-W2K compliant application launching
at startup?

The same thing is happening to me. What is the "task manager?" Wher
do I find that? hel
