Shell32.dll errors....HEEEEELP!

I'm trying to find a fix for the "invalid page fault" that
has to do with shell32.dll. Microsoft wants 60 bucks
Canadian for a lil' hotfix.....can ANYONE help? The error
occurs when starting up IE 5, just switched back from IE 6.
