I have a workbook with six sheets. Two of the sheets are very similar
in appearance and function. I've protected both of these sheets with
the same password but get different results when I test them.
On sheet 2, if I try to enter a value for a cell, I get a pop-up box
with the message 'The cell or chart you are trying to change is
protected...', which is what I expect. On sheet 1, if I try to enter
a value for a call, it takes it without any problem. Going to Tools,
Protection, gives an option to Unprotect Sheet.
Any ideas why one sheet would work fine and the other not?
