sheets gone from workbook

My workbook had several sheets in it. Now when I tried to open it the
worksheets are gone and it shows three blank sheet tabs on the bottom.

Sounds like you are opening a new blank workbook.

Did you save the original workbook with the several sheets in it?

What name did you give it?

Are you sure you are opening that workbook?

I didn't copy the workbook, it's the same. The sheets just disapeared. I
tried to unhide them but are not hidden. Very strange. Thanks
