Sheet of labels only prints 9 rows, not 10?

Hello! I am updating labels for an elderly woman I help and for some reason
the sheets are only printing 9 rows to a page, when it should be 10. I don't
know what changed because I've never had this problem before. I checked the
page set up and it's fine, and the print preview only shows 9 rows as well.
I would appreciate help to figure this out -- thank you!!!

Either you have a header/footer in normal.dot or you have the scaling option
set in the print dialog.
Does it work OK if you start Word in its safe mode (Hold the CTRL key whilst
starting and acknowledge the prompt). If so, try renaming normal.dot.
