sheet name

When I add names to the sheets and hit enter, .xls] pops up in front of the
name and if I cut it out I keep getting an error message that won't let me
enter the new name.
 
Close excel.
Open windows explorer.
Find your file.
Rename it so that it doesn't include any [ or ] characters.

Then back to excel to test it out.
