Sheet Duplication

Abdul Hameed

Hi,

I have a problem in Excell 2000 for the last 3 -4days. Whenever I open a
sheet and make any changes in the sheet it copies and opens a seperate sheet
with the name of that sheet and ":1" or ":2" in the end of that sheet name.
If I save this sheet and reopen then both sheets are opend automatically
e.g. sheetname:1 and sheetname:2. I don't know what is the problem or is
there any option selected wrongly.

Anyone knows how to fix it? It will be highly appriciated.,

Thanks in anticipation.

This is just another window for that workbook. Just close the :1, :2 copies,
that will cure it.

Don't forget to <Save> after you've closed the copies (no more :#'s in the
title bar), otherwise they'll all come back when you re-open the WB.
