Sheet copying not working

I have a procedure that I used to copy sheets in a workbookto another location in the workbook. This has 'suddenly' stopped working. I do not seem to be able to copy sheets even manually now. I am sure there is a reason for this behaviour, but I'm baffled. Any thoughts as to why this might be happening?

So what happens when you try to copy the sheet manually.

What version of Excel do you have.
How big is the workbook, how many sheets are in the workbook.
