Sheet borders

Is there a command that will allow a specific border to be applied to all
pages in a workbook??

Open the first Sheet, hold down Shift and select the last Sheet. Now
whatever you do (with some exceptions like Protecting the Sheet or Freezing
Panes) will be applied to all of you worksheets,

Also, you could record a Macro of your format preference and then just have
it re-applied at your commend by executing the Macro.
